Dearest Hydrofielers
As you know, we are organizing the HYDROFIEL GALA 2025 on Friday January 24th, where we would be happy if you join us!
The theme of the gala will be: 'Starry Night’
.
Location: De Waagh, Grote markt 26, 6511 KB Nijmegen
Time: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Walk-in until 9:45 PM, then the doors close!
After 1:00 AM, we'll be heading into the city for those who want to continue the fun!
IMPORTANT:
You can get a ticket through the link provided below!! Act quickly before it’s sold out! The deadline to get your tickets is: Friday January 17th.
The ticket currently says 'Free,' but the ticket price for the ticket is €40,00 per ticket. This amount will be deducted from your account on Sunday, January 19th.
This is €40,00 per ticket. There will be an open bar for the entire evening, only for beer, wine and sodas.
If you buy a ticket you can’t get a refund. If you find a Hydrofiel member that wants to buy your ticket, you can sell it and please let us know!
Every Hydrofiel member can also bring a plus one. You as a member pay for your plus one as the amount will be deducted from your own bank account. The amount for the tickets for plus-ones are €42,50 per ticket (This includes an open bar for the entire evening, with beers, wine and soda!)
One more thing: please avoid placing stickers anywhere in De Waagh and refrain from bringing confetti as it is an external location and they don't want it. We want to maintain a good relationship with the venue.
